The Tactical Small/Large Arms Shoulder Holsters are available in two sizes. The 4" holster fits 380s,.22s, and other small pistols, while the 5" holster fits most medium and large frame pistols, including Glocks and HKs. The holster's fully adjustable straps and padded mesh back make it quite comfortable to wear.
